NATco (North American Textile Company) is a global manufacturer of labels, trims and hardware who have been supplying the apparel industry for over 50 years. Corporate Headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California. NATco owns and operates plants in several countries throughout the world.
NATco business requirements are very specific and needed Magento to fulfill its needs. It is a B2B site called GMP (Global MarketPlace) running on Magento 2 where customers can manage their orders. Business customers must register and be approved by NATco to use the site.
Customers issue a P.O. to NATco using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). EDI is the computer-to-computer exchange of business documents in a standard electronic format between business partners. EDI can come in various formats and each will have their own methods of decoding the data. E.g., Abercrombie & Fitch has a new line of t-shirts and needs labels for them. A&F will send a P.O. in EDI format to NATco for the purchase of those labels. NATco will produce the labels and ship them to A&F to put on their new line of t-shirts to sell to the public.
The Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS) was a regional health care system of six hospitals spanning the California coast from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles. DCHS was acquired by Verity Health in 2014. By August 2020 Verity had sold all six hospitals and is no longer a health care provider.
Each of the six DCHS hospitals intranet ran on SharePoint. Each hospital had their own departmental needs and required custom configuration. The intranet hosted team sites, shared drives, calendars, forms, project sites, and other unique information as business requirements dictated.
InkedShop caters to shoppers who enjoy tattoo clothing and lifestyle goods.
The online store runs on Shopify, a proprietary e-commerce platform for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems. Typical ongoing business processes includes maintenance, adding new products, discontinuing products, updating inventory, sale events, and handling customer issues.
Baloojas Foundation is a 501(C)(3) dog rescue organization rescuing shelter and street dogs in Southern California. Visit Baloojas Foundation to foster or adopt a recued dog or donate to the effort.

Baloojas website runs on the Wix platform. It is an easy to use drag and drop system that allows the business to focus more on their rescue mission rather than on the technicalities of running their website.
